This garlic is wonderful baked whole with roast potatoes, but good for any use.
Naturally grown from organic seed from the Dunganski variety, which is a cultivar of the Standard Purple Stripe group. The Dunganskis grown in Australia were originally sourced from from a bazaar in Samarkand Uzbekistan.
