Our beautiful pink garlic bulbs have a slightly milder flavour than our other varieties. They are still described as hot and spicey when raw.
Naturally grown from organic seed from the Ail de Pays du Gers variety, which is a cultivar of the Creole group.
A great all purpose garlic for use raw, roasted or cooked into your favourite dish.

All our garlic and shallot bulbs, whilst not yet certified organic, are grown naturally, without the use of chemical fertilisers or pesticides. We use biodegradeable weed matting and hand weeding methods of weed control, and only organic fertilisers.
