Description
Italian Late garlic bulbs have a hot, rich or even agressive flavour. They are grown from organic seed from the Italian Late variety, which is a cultivar of the Artichoke group (softneck).
A fantastic strong tasting Australian garlic with mostly large cloves, perfect for all round use.
All our garlic bulbs, whilst not certified organic, are grown naturally, without the use of chemical fertilisers or pesticides. We use biodegradeable weed matting and traditional methods of weed control (ie, by hand!), and only organic fertilisers such as sheep manure.
Storage of Italian Late Garlic Bulbs
