Try all our garlic with this nicely presented Australian garlic variety pack. The garlic sampler is a perfect gift idea for the foodie who loves to cook.

Each pack contains a mix of bulbs of at least 3 of our 6 varieties, depending on availability. Varieties will be labelled.

  • Ail de Pays du Gers: our beautiful pink garlic bulbs have a slightly milder flavour than our other varieties, however they are still described as hot and spicy when raw. A great all purpose garlic for use raw, roasted or cooked into your favourite dish.
  • Italian Late: this garlic has a hot, rich or even agressive flavour. A fantastic strong tasting garlic with mostly large cloves, perfect for pasta, slow cooking, stir fry and curries.
  • French Agenrose: a rare garlic with a complex flavour and subtle heat. A long lasting hardneck variety from the Creole group of cultivars.
  • Titan
  • Spanish Rojo
  • Dynamite
  • Violet de Agen

All our garlic and shallot bulbs, whilst not yet certified organic, are grown naturally, without the use of chemical fertilisers or pesticides. We use biodegradeable weed matting and hand weeding methods of weed control, and only organic fertilisers.
